Initial assessment (30–60 minutes)
We meet online to understand your current workload, systems and pain points: what is overloading your team and what can safely be delegated.
Pilot on 1–2 mandates
We start with a limited number of clients. During the pilot we define responsibilities, refine processes and agree on reporting formats and communication channels.
SLA and scaling
Based on the pilot, we formalise a Service Level Agreement: scope, deadlines, quality metrics and escalation paths. Then we gradually increase the number of mandates handled by our back-office.
Monthly review
Once a month we run a short review call: what works well, what can be further automated, where we can reduce manual work and save time on both sides.

Our work is covered by professional liability insurance, with clear limits and conditions set out in the contract. Within the agreed scope, we take financial responsibility for our deliverables.
Confidential handling of client data
We work exclusively within your chosen systems (QuickBooks, Bexio, etc.) using secure, role-based access. No client data are stored on local machines, and access is granted on a “need-to-know” basis.
Clear contracts and jurisdiction
We contract as a legal entity registered in the AIFC (Astana). This provides a transparent international legal environment, with familiar standards for foreign partners.

Our team is based in Kazakhstan (Astana), and Sars&Bay Partners is registered in the Astana International Financial Centre. We work fully remotely and align our working hours with European time zones where necessary.
We only work inside your accounting systems, with secure access and, if required, two-factor authentication. Data export is minimised and controlled by your internal policies. We are happy to sign NDAs that reflect your standard compliance requirements.
Within our agreed scope of work, Sars&Bay Partners is responsible for the accuracy of the tasks we perform. This responsibility is backed by professional liability insurance and formalised in our service contract.
In practice, it often becomes an advantage: we can process documents and reconciliations while your team is offline, so by the time you start your day, the books are already updated. For live communication we agree fixed time windows that work for you.
By default, no. We operate as your internal back-office and communicate only with your team. If you need us to support clients directly, we can do this under your brand (white-label) under a separate agreement.
We operate strictly as a B2B White-Label Back-office. Since we are not Swiss-licensed tax advisors, we cannot legally sign off on financial statements or represent clients before the Swiss Tax Administration (ESTV). Our business model is designed to support you, not replace you: we handle the time-consuming data entry and reconciliation in bexio, providing you with clean, audit-ready data so you can focus on high-value advisory and client relationships.
